Troubleshooting
Extension shows disconnected after restarting Chrome
- Go to Settings → General → Chrome Extension
- Click Connect again with the same Extension ID
- Fully quit and reopen Chrome
App won't launch on macOS
- Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security
- Scroll down and click Open Anyway next to the FingerBot block message
- If not visible, try right-clicking the .app → Open
Bot fails with proxy errors
- Verify proxy credentials in
.env - Check that your proxy supports HTTPS and residential IPs
- Try switching to a different proxy endpoint
Captcha solving fails
- Verify
CAPSOLVER_API_KEYandNOPECHA_KEYin.env - Check your CapSolver / NopeCHA account balance
- Some challenges require manual solving on the first run
Notes
- Keep the entire extracted folder intact — moving individual files will break the app
- The
finger_extensionfolder must stay in the same location after loading in Chrome
