Captcha Solvers

Captchas are a growing pain point within the botting community but can be mitigated through the use of captcha solvers. There are various different types of captchas but FingerBot handles almost all of them automatically with in-bot solutions. There are 2 specific captchas that FingerBot does not automatically handle — Google ReCaptcha and hCaptcha.

Captcha Types

Google reCaptcha

Commonly found throughout the web. Easily bypassed with various captcha solving providers. FingerBot currently supports CapSolver as the primary reCaptcha solver.

hCaptcha

Found primarily before PKC’s queue. One of the most advanced captcha systems. FingerBot routes images through a AI model in order to successfully solve.

HoldCaptcha

Found primarily on Walmart and Sam’s Club. FingerBot automatically handles these captchas in-bot through advanced reverse engineering techniques.

FingerBot handles Walmart's hold-captcha automatically in-bot — no external solver service is needed.

Pokemon Center (hCaptcha)

This guide below primarily focuses on Pokemon Center, which uses hCaptcha to prevent bots from joining queues too quickly and overloading the site. FingerBot has a built-in manual harvester and supports a few automatic solving services. You do NOT need a paid service — the manual harvester works on its own.

Option 1 — Manual Solving

The manual harvester opens a Chrome window with a real hCaptcha puzzle you solve yourself. Each solve stores one token for the bot to use. How to use:

  1. Click the 🚀 rocket button in the FingerBot header
  2. Click Open Harvester — a Chrome window appears with a captcha puzzle
  3. Solve the puzzle
  4. The window resets automatically — keep solving to build up a token stockpile
  5. Click Open Harvester again to open additional windows and solve faster

hCaptcha tokens expire ~90 seconds. Don't solve a large batch too far ahead of a drop — they'll be gone before the bot uses them. Keep at least one harvester window open while tasks are running so you can top up as needed.

Desktop App — Captchas Page

In the Tauri + Svelte desktop app, the harvester lives on the Captchas page in the sidebar (below Tasks):

  1. Set your OpenRouter API key in Settings → API Keys (auto-solve is active whenever a key is present; without one, harvester windows wait for manual solving)
  2. Pick the window count (1–5) with the stepper
  3. Click Start Harvester — Chrome harvester windows open and begin banking tokens
  4. The page polls every few seconds showing banked tokens, per-window state, and the latest OpenRouter suggestion
  5. Click Stop to close all harvester windows

Auto-arming still happens on Discord security signals when a TOKEN is configured — manual Start just adds windows on demand (repeated clicks never over-open past the target).

Option 2 — Automatic Solving

FingerBot supports two automatic captcha solving services. Once configured, captchas are solved in the background with no action required from you.

How to Configure

  1. Click the 🚀 (rocket button) in the FingerBot header (top right)
  2. Add your API Key into the input for your chosen service.
  3. Check that it’s valid by clicking the Check button to the right.
