Frequently Asked Questions
What systems does FingerBot work with?
FingerBot supports Windows 11 and macOS Tahoe (26+).
Can I use FingerBot without proxies?
Yes — all browser modes do not require proxies. Amazon is the only requests-mode retailer that allows proxy-less tasks, though it's not recommended. Reach out to Dr. Finger or Jud to get some.
Is my account and payment info safe?
Yes. All payment and profile information is encrypted and stored locally on your device only, and is never sent anywhere.
FingerBot got an update and something is broken — what do I do?
Check the #fingerbot-updates and #finger-net channels in Discord. If it's a widespread issue, the team will post a fix or rollback. You can also report bugs directly in #fingerbot-bug-reports.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
See #try in the Discord server.
Still Stuck?
Reach out to Dr. Finger with your FingerBot version, operating system, and a screenshot or description of the error. For additional troubleshooting information, see the Troubleshooting & FAQ page.
