Guest Profiles

Guest profiles store a complete set of information together including shipping, billing, and payment details which are used to check out as a guest (no retailer account login required).

Supported Modules

  • Pokemon Center (PKC) — request-mode checkout
  • Menards — request-mode guest checkout

Setup Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Profiles → Guest Profiles
  2. Click ➕ Add
  3. Fill in all required fields:

Identity

  • Profile Name — internal name used solely for keeping track of profiles (e.g. "Main Card")
  • Email — email address used at checkout

Shipping Details

  • First Name, Last Name
  • Address Line 1, Address Line 2 (if applicable)
  • City, State, Zip Code
  • Phone Number
  • PO Box checkbox — enable this if the address is a PO Box; activates specialized address jigging

Billing Details

  • Billing same as shipping — checked by default; uncheck to enter a separate billing address

Payment

  • Payment — pick one saved card from the Payments section. Each profile links to at most one payment; the same payment can back many profiles and retailer accounts. Create or edit cards under Settings → Payments, not inside the profile editor.
  • Profiles without a linked payment show Needs payment and cannot start checkout until a payment is linked.

Tip: use the Import button to bulk-add profiles from a CSV/JSON file — see Bulk Import. Imported cards become shared payments automatically; identical cards across rows collapse into one payment.

Click Save Profile Payment secrets are never shown back in the UI. Cards display as issuer + last four only; editing a card means updating it in the Payments section or linking a different payment.

Limitations

  • Credit/debit cards only — PayPal, Apple Pay, gift cards, and other payment methods are not supported through Guest Profiles at this time.
  • Amex (15-digits) cards are untested - although they should work fine.
  • Deleting a profile is permanent with no confirmation prompt. Order history tied to that profile name will remain in the activity log but the profile cannot be recovered.
  • The email field is optional at save time but may be required at checkout depending on the retailer configuration.
