Pokemon Center
Welcome to FingerBot’s Pokemon Center module setup guide. Use this page to get everything set up, then pick your mode below for step-by-step instructions on running the bot.
What Does This Module Do?
FingerBot’s Pokemon Center module has 2 very distinct modes and operate very different from each other: PKC — Local Browser Mode and PKC — Requests Mode. The setup varies based on which mode you plan on using — Local Browser is the simplest (but everything has to be done manually), or Requests mode requires more configuration but is fully automated. Please note that both modes should allow users to get multiple orders (assuming you have different payment methods available to use).
Modes at a Glance
| Mode | What It Does | Setup Required | Should I Use It? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Local Browser | Opens separate Chrome and/or Brave windows each with unique IPs. This allows users to bypass purchase limits. The user must purchase everything manually. | ISP proxy list | Sure! It’s the safest option if you don’t mind completing the checkout process manually! |
| Requests | Runs completely in code. Bot joins queue and complete the entire checkout process automatically. | ISP/Residential proxy lists and guest profiles created | Good for running multiple tasks automatically. Still a work in progress but expected to work. |
Important Things to Note
- Pokemon Center employs various methods to prevent users/bots from purchasing multiple orders, these methods include: device fingerprinting, IP matching, shipping address validation and most importantly, payment method limits. This means that every single purchase must use a different payment method; the number of orders is hard-capped on the number of payment methods available to use. For instance, you want to cop 3 orders of ETBs? You need 3 different payment methods. VCC’s (virtual credit cards) success rate on PKC is hit or miss but always an option as a last resort.
- When a queue starts, it’s imperative to click the Open Harvester button to automatically start the auto hCaptcha solver in order to get valid tokens. These tokens are used to get your tasks into queue. They expire after ~90 seconds, so don’t start solving too early before a drop, it's a waste of money.
